What people are saying about the Boiler Room Brewhaus

(John W. 6/16/2019 – Yelp) – Awesome handcrafted beer. Not a big beer drinker myself, but their selection is amazing. You must do the flight first, to try their selections, then have a glass of what you like the best (Believe me, you are going to pick something). They do a fun trivia night every Sunday.

(Maria M. 6/29/2019 – Yelp) – What a gem! We were in town for Cottey graduation and took a short trip to this place. Super great brews, and even friendlier people! We took the place over with a large group and they accommodated very well.
Owners both served in the military and were proud and humble. Best part is that you can have delicious Italian delivered that surprised us at how good it was.

(Richard Ritter 6/22/2018 – Facebook) – This is a “must see” place while in Fort Scott,KS or to make a destination!!!!!!! The owners are amazing and really care about great beer, atmosphere and customer service. This place is Kid friendly!! Wine & old school soda pop are offered along with some light eats too!! Everyday is something new and all beers are crafted with a premium mindset in mind!! Talk to Bryan Ritter about the daily beers he creates with extreme passion. #goodbeer

Out On The Farm

In 2012 the Ritter’s moved to a little 80 acre farm to, “Help save the honey bee.” 5 years later and now they use the honey ingredients in the craft beer. When they are not taking care of the bee hives at Black Dogs Farm, the Ritter’s are creating new craft beers or running the microbrewery!
